There will be 3 winners overall for1. Trip for 2 to Clark via helicopter for three-day and two-night stay at Midori Hotel & Casino
2. Trip for 2 to Puerto Galera via helicopter for three-day and two-night stay at Lalaguna Villas Luxury Dive Resort & Spa
2. Trip for 2 to Baguio via helicopter for three-day and two-night stay at Baguio Country Club

*IEST shall shoulder all return bus trips (Baguio), commercial flight (Clack). For Puerto Galera, IEST will shoulder the car trip serviced by the company car.
**IEST shall shoulder all food and accomodation for 3 days & 2 nights.

Mechanics

1. The raffle draw is open to ALL INSTAWIN and INPLAY validly registered players
2. No entry fee is required to participate.
3. For INSTAWIN PLAYERS, players can convert their loyalty points to E-raffle tickets.

• 5,000 loyalty points = one (1) E-raffle ticket

4. For INPLAY PLAYERS, players can convert their loyalty points to E-raffle tickets.

• 5,000 loyalty points = two (2) E-raffle ticket

5. In the event that an existing INSTAWIN Player registers to INPLAY, existing loyalty points from INSTAWIN will be doubled and for every 5,000 loyalty points the player shall get two (2) E-raffle tickets.
6. All converted membership loyalty points to e-raffle tickets will be deducted from the current balance of the players’s current loyalty points.
7. Players shall receive additional one (1) E-raffle ticket each week if the players’s total bets reach at least 100,000 per week.
8. The raffle date will be July 1, 2022.

*Loyalty Points is an internal rewards system featured for INSTAWIN & INPLAY.
**1,000 Total Bets = 1 Loyalty Point.

Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to cancel thid raffle draw to amend these terms and conditions without notice, such as, but not linmited to force majeure, pandemic, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, acts of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside our control.
2. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reseve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be given sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
3. We reserve the right to verify the identify of the winner.
4. By accepting any of the prizes mentioned herein below, the winner agrees to hold Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates, including DFNN Inc., free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize such as the use of the helicopter.
5. Winner must directly coordinate with the hotel partner once the gift certificate or electronics voucher is given by nter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc.
6. Participation in this raffle draw will be deemed as acceptable to all of these terms and conditions.
7. Travel Insurance is covered by nter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc., MAA General Assurance Philippines and will assist to secure travel permits needed as per IATF guidelines.
8. Pick-up, schedule flight in and out of Manila, etc will depend on the schedule given by the winners and present weather.
9. Our desicion in respect of all matters in relation to the raffle will be final and not subject to review. If player has already won one of the prizes such player shall also be eligible to win any other of the other prizes.
a. Prizes winners will be notified by phonr, SMS, email and/or direct messages.
b. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner within fourteen (14) days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the campaign terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that said prize winner and will off the prize to the next eligible winner and threafter until a winner is found.
c. NO cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to subtitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 10. By participating on the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. relating to the draw. Thr winner agrees that Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc. considers fit. The winner’s name may be published InPlay.ph’s website & other social media channels.
